Remote sessions are available via Zoom or telephone.

Sessions are usually held on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed. As our work together progresses, this can be re-negotiated in our therapeutic contract to meet your needs.

Availability

​

It is important to find a time which meets with your requirements. 

 

My working hours are:

​

Tuesday & Wednesday: 12pm- 8pm
Thursday: 10am- 6pm
Friday: 9:30am- 1pm  
 

Initial consultation

​

I offer a free initial telephone consultation, which will last approximately 15 minutes. During this time, we will discuss what issues you are facing and if counselling would be a suitable option for you. If you would then like to continue with counselling, we will book an initial session where we will explore your issues in more depth. This will also provide you with an opportunity to meet me and to ensure that you are comfortable with us working together.

Fees 

​

The fee for a 1 hour counselling session is €90.

​

Please note that as trained therapist from the UK, I do not work under the Dutch system for insurance purposes. If you have international health insurance, it may be worth contacting your provider directly as sometimes they cover a percentage of the cost of the counselling sessions.

​

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone regardless of their financial situation. Therefore, if my fee is too high then please ask, as I am sometimes able to offer a reduced cost to those on a low income.

Cancellation policy

​

48 hours notice is required if you cannot attend a session, or the fee of the full session applies.
